1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:
1.1. Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Tour Start Date
Refund: You are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of $50 (or a specified percentage, if applicable).
1.2. Cancellations Made 15–29 Days Before Tour Start Date
Refund: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
1.3. Cancellations Made 14 Days or Less Before Tour Start Date
Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date, except in exceptional circumstances (see Section 3).
2. Cancellation by PeakTrekkers LLC
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2.1. Full Refund
If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule or receive credit toward a future tour.
2.2. Partial Refund
If a tour is shortened or modified due to weather or unforeseen events during the trip, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the specific situation and services rendered.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that emergencies happen. In the case of serious illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss potential refund options. Supporting documentation may be required. Refunds issued under these conditions are at our sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. If applicable, this will be clearly stated at the time of booking. These deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 10–15 business days of cancellation confirmation. If your booking was made through a third-party service, refunds will be processed according to their terms and timelines.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
